The Vision Shop Optometry was established in 2015 by Dr. Howard Nguyen and Dr. Quyen Lac. Both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Lac graduated from the State University of New York Optometry school in 2006. Dr. Nguyen worked in Las Vegas Nevada before coming back home to southern California. Dr. Lac has worked in southern California since her graduation.
The Vision Shop Optometry was inspired by Dr. Nguyen’s and Dr. Lac’s good colleague whom started their own optometry practice in Long Beach. This shop represents a modern contemporary optometric practice whose sole purpose is to serve the residents of chino and its surrounding cities. Located right of the freeway provided an easy location for patients to find this shop as well as indulge themselves in the various business in our plaza. Mountain 60 crossroad has everything you may want: a convenience store, neighborhood bar, Argentinian cuisine, Mexican cuisine, Italian cuisine, bike shops, comic book store, jeans shop, and a fitness facility.
The Vision Shop Optometry provides a full service shop with eye exams and retail spectacle sale. Our practice has an electronic medical record for all its secure record keeping as well as being Hippa compliant. Dr. Nguyen currently works in Victor Valley, a job he has had for the last 9 years and Dr. Lac has experience in both the commercial and retail modalities for the past 10 years. Both doctors have dedicated themselves to the study and practice of enhanced vision care. Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Lac has had great success acclimating from New York City back to California where they both graduated from their respective universities; Dr. Nguyen from University of California, Irvine and Dr. Lac graduated from the University of California, San Diego. No place has been a better home for Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Lac than Southern California. Make no mistake, both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Lac has had extensive training from Manhattan both in ocular disease, primary care optometry, low vision, post-operative care, LASIK, and vision therapy. Thereafter, Dr. Lac and Dr. Nguyen have decided to focus their knowledge in primary care and hence The Vision Shop Optometry was conceived.
